SLOPPY JOES


1 lb. Ground beef
1 Onion, chopped
1 Clove garlic
2 T. Red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 Cup Ketchup
3 T. Tomato paste
1/2 T. GF Tamari Sauce (use 2 teaspoons vinegar with a little salt if allergic to soy)
1/2 T. Apple cider vinegar
1 - 2 T. Brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat with onion, red pepper, garlic, and black pepper. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for about ten minutes. Add a small amount of water if needed (if mixture is too thick). Serve hot.

Note: Serve on GF/CF mini sandwich rolls(see recipe)
