DAIRY ALTERNATIVES:

DariFree Potato based milk is a good alternative. It is available in powdered form and can be ordered from the      following sources: Vance's Foods, www.vancesfoods.com or from Kirman Laboratories, www.kirkmanlabs.com.
Soy milk
There are many brands of soy milk on the market. Silk soy milk can be found in the refrigerator section of most      grocery stores and health food stores. Always read ingredients as some brands are not gluten-free!
Rice milk
     Westbrae Natural is good
     Rice Dream is not gluten-free!
Pacific rice milk (Read label, some of their products are not GF!)
Almond milk
Blue Diamond brand is available in most grocery stores and health food stores
Pacific almond milk is another safe choice (as of this writing).
Tofutti cheese substitute is soy based and is available at most health food stores.
Tofutti sour cream substitute is available at most health food stores.

Mock cheese can be made with nut butters. One recipe is in the cookbook by Lisa Lewis, "Special Diets For Special Kids".
