ALMOND BUTTER COOKIES
1 cup almond butter
1/4 cup apricot spreadable fruit or your favorite jelly (Preferably without sugar.)
1/8 cup GF flour mixture or brown rice flour
Extra jelly to top cookies if desired
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients well. Roll into small balls and flatten slightly on cookie sheet. Press thumbprint in the center of the cookies if jelly will be added to the center, and then add about 14/ teaspoon of jelly on each cookie. Bake for approximately 12 - 14 minutes.
